RH960

Remote-controlled flail mulcher robot — 2027 Edition

Forestry mulching and slope maintenance, operated remotely. The 2027 RH960 is built on a new, more stable and more powerful architecture: 58 Y-shaped flails over a 1,000 mm front cut, a 25 HP Loncin 764 cc hybrid engine, electric drive on tracks and an electromagnetic brake.

Rhino Method®

Tested by us.Improved for you.

Every Rhino machine goes through our test centre in the Tarn before it reaches a customer. The first RH960 series worked in brambles, undergrowth and on side slopes: whatever we found, we had corrected at the source, with the factory. The 2027 version is the result of that work.

Field testing

Brambles, woody regrowth, slopes, wet ground: the machine is pushed to its limits on our own plots.

02

Uncompromising engineering

Chassis, bodywork, wiring, accessibility: every weak point is reworked with the manufacturer before production.

03

Support in France

Training, parts in stock and dedicated engineers: the machine stays supported after delivery.

Flails or hammers

The cutting deck is closed by a chain curtain that holds back projections. The front position keeps the rotor in the operator's field of view, as close as possible to fences and edges. The shaft is available with flails for maintenance and brambles, or with hammers for woody growth and land reclamation.

Features designed to maximize your efficiency

Hybrid: the engine cuts, electric power drives

The Loncin 764 cc twin-cylinder drives the rotor and continuously charges the 48 V batteries. Two brushless electric motors handle traction: instant response, controlled speed and no recharging needed on site.

Stable on slopes, even with the engine off

New architecture with tubular chassis, rubber tracks and on-the-spot turning. As soon as traction stops, the electromagnetic brake locks the machine: it stays in place on the slope.

Electromagnetic brake: automatic hold
Tubular anti-rollover frame

1,000 mm front cut, flails or hammers

The front rotor stays in the operator's field of view, as close as possible to fences and edges. Y-shaped flails for maintenance and brambles, hammers for woody growth and reclamation.
